His goal is to protect the client’s interests and get through the divorce process as efficiently and painlessly as possible, while protecting children from the turmoil of divorce. In contested cases, the firm prepares for trial, yet encourages clients to settle when possible.

Mr. Kidd has been trained and is a recognized “collaborative divorce” attorney. Collaborative divorce is a relatively new process, which seeks to avoid the adversarial nature of traditional divorce practice.
